Bursaries

“LOYALIST COLLEGE ANNOUNCES $1M FOR STUDENT NEEDS-BASED FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE – Loyalist Student Government, on behalf of its student members, has donated $300,000 to the fund.”
 

This year the Loyalist Student Government will distribute $4,500 in Student Bursaries:

 

Loyalist Student Government Bursary

  • Number of bursaries: 5

  • Amount: $500

  • Criteria: Available to all students in any program who demonstrate a financial need.

 

Loyalist Student Government Excellence Bursary

  • Number of bursaries: 1

  • Amount: $1,000

  • Criteria: Available to returning students registered in any program who demonstrate financial need and have a minimum 90% average.

 

Charles Benson Bursary

  • Number of bursaries: 1

  • Amount: $1,000

  • Criteria: Available to returning students who demonstrate a financial need and have a minimum 75% average. Must show involvement in student life, Loyalist College and the community. The students must provide a resume outlining their activities.
