GET ORGANIZED – Plan out your day by outlining the set of tasks that you have to complete on a whiteboard. It’s also helpful to maintain a study area that’s free of distractions and clutter.
TAKE CARE OF YOURSELF – Where is the time for that? It’s important to make time for breaks, eating healthy meals and snacks, exercising and getting a restful sleep. All of this will give you the stamina you need to complete your work.
ASK FOR HELP – This is not a sign of weakness or that you have failed. Asking for help shows strength, confidence and resourcefulness.
