Here are some ways to work towards overcoming test anxiety:
Have a positive attitude and some confidence in yourself, you know your stuff and you have worked hard – YOU CAN DO THIS!
Keep yourself energized while studying as well as before the test by eating healthy meals and snacks and avoiding sugary foods.
Get a good night’s sleep. Pulling an all-nighter trying to study will only make things worse.
Don’t be afraid to reach out for help.
